Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (Sacramento, CA)

Westbrook Cross Legal Group is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for client files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 475 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to client files. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on client files. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Sacramento. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
