Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (Rochester, NY)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Juniper Banking Services and adding a Senior Recruiter whose main responsibility will be campus hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 215 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to branch operations. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on branch operations. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Rochester, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
