Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (Rochester, NY)

Cedar Bridge Care Services Partners supports families and individuals in Rochester with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on campus hiring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to caregiver training. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on caregiver training. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Rochester, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
