Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (Rochester, NY)

Cedar Sparrow Environmental Services is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for weigh tickets, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 42 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to weigh tickets. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on weigh tickets. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Rochester, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
