Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (Rochester, NY)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Wren Care Services and adding a Senior Recruiter whose main responsibility will be campus hiring. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to visit scheduling. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on visit scheduling. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
