Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (Rochester, NY)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Forge Telecom and adding a Senior Recruiter whose main responsibility will be campus hiring. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to customer tickets. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on customer tickets. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Rochester, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
