Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (Rochester, NY)

Westbrook Drift Legal Group is a Rochester practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on campus hiring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to client files. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on client files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Rochester, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
