Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (Richmond, VA)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Ashton Freight Group and adding a Senior Recruiter whose main responsibility will be campus hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 620 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to loads and lanes. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on loads and lanes. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Richmond. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
