Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Foxglove Forge Freight moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Austin, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to customer tracking. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on customer tracking. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
