Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Foxglove Nest Financial serves customers across Boise with accounts, loans and payments, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to customer onboarding. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on customer onboarding. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
