Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Keystone Freight and adding a Senior Recruiter whose main responsibility will be campus hiring. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to loads and lanes. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on loads and lanes. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
