Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Harborlight Hollow Environmental Services is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for recycling loads, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to recycling loads. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on recycling loads. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
