Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Nova Kestrel Community Partners is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for volunteer shifts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 48 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to volunteer shifts. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on volunteer shifts. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
