Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Stonegate Umber Facilities is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for safety inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to safety inspections. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on safety inspections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Denver. • We reply to every applicant.
