Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Summit Glen Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Fort Worth, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 285 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to recycling loads. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on recycling loads. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
