Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Highbridge Nest Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around San Diego, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to enrolment. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on enrolment. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
