Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Bluepeak Stone Care Services Partners is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Madison. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on campus hiring. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to licensing. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on licensing. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
