Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Harborlight Kestrel Community Partners is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for benefits enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to benefits enrolment. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on benefits enrolment. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
