Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Silverline Granite Staffing is a Indianapolis staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on campus hiring. Recruiters here keep in touch with people long after placement. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to temp assignments. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on temp assignments. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
