Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Cedar Maple Staffing is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for onboarding, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to onboarding. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on onboarding. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Virginia Beach. • We reply to every applicant.
