Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Summit Kestrel Community Partners Group is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for client intake, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to client intake. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on client intake. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
