Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Meridian Inspection Services Group and adding a Senior Recruiter whose main responsibility will be campus hiring. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to client sites. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on client sites. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
