Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

We are growing our team at Lumen Fox Early Learning and adding a Senior Recruiter whose main responsibility will be campus hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 24 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to meal programmes. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on meal programmes. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
