Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Westbrook Orchard Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Kansas City. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on campus hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 26 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to outage reports. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on outage reports. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
