Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Cedar Granite Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Austin. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on campus hiring. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to lease compliance. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on lease compliance. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
