Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Amberfield Vista Community Partners runs community programmes across Oklahoma City, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 776 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to volunteer shifts. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on volunteer shifts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
