Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Redstone Wilder Learning Group is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to enrolment. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on enrolment. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Buffalo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
