Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Fernwood Maple Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Providence, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to family communication. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on family communication. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Providence. • We reply to every applicant.
