Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Vale Community Partners and adding a Senior Recruiter whose main responsibility will be campus hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 360 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to benefits enrolment. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on benefits enrolment. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
