Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Nova Basin Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Kansas City. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on campus hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 46 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to deposit accounts. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on deposit accounts. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
