Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Stonegate Timber Property Management Partners is a Grand Rapids property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on campus hiring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to rent collection. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on rent collection. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Grand Rapids. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
