Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Foxglove Willow Insurance is an insurance company in Oklahoma City with claims and service teams. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on campus hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 187 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to underwriting files. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on underwriting files. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
