Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Harborlight Yarrow Health Group is a healthcare provider in Pittsburgh with clinics and support teams. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on campus hiring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to insurance authorisations. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on insurance authorisations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Pittsburgh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
