Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Rivermark Vale Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Cleveland. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on campus hiring. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to maintenance stores. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on maintenance stores. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
