Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Bright Forge Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Orlando with routes, transfer stations and recycling. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on campus hiring. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to collection routes. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on collection routes. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
