Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Highbridge Lakeside Environmental Services is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for landfill records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to landfill records. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on landfill records. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
