Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Nova Union Telecom is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for service installations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 19 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to service installations. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on service installations. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
