Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Amberfield Iron Financial Group provides savings, lending and payment services from Grand Rapids. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on campus hiring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to loan applications. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on loan applications. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
