Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Greenridge Juniper Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Reno area, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 14 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to guest bookings. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on guest bookings. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
