Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Redstone Cross Facilities Group is a facilities company in Cleveland with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on campus hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 722 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to contractor visits. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on contractor visits. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
