Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Stonegate Oak Hospitality is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for guest bookings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to guest bookings. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on guest bookings. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
