Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Foxglove Ivory Banking Services Group is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for loan files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to loan files. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on loan files. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
