Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Amberfield Quarry Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Boise, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 438 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to licensing. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on licensing. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
