Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Stonegate Rook Community Partners runs community programmes across Grand Rapids. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on campus hiring. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to grant reporting. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on grant reporting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
