Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Amberfield Meridian Telecom is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for field visits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to field visits. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on field visits. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
