Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Amberfield Bright Staffing Group connects candidates and employers across the Grand Rapids region. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on campus hiring. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to temp assignments. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on temp assignments. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Grand Rapids. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
