Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Rivermark Bridge Freight Group coordinates shipments and warehousing around Fort Worth, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to claims. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on claims. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
