Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Clearpath North Insurance Partners sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Rochester. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on campus hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 113 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to claims. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on claims. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
