Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Ridge Early Learning Group and adding a Senior Recruiter whose main responsibility will be campus hiring. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to enrolment. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on enrolment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
