Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Ironwood Hollow Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Charlotte. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on campus hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 95 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to landfill records. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on landfill records. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
